WHAT DO WE DO?

1. Ensure that the competent authorities grant effective respect for the rights of children and adolescents immersed in conflicts, recognized in the Federal Constitution, International Conventions and Documents, as well as the Laws of the Nation and of the States that are their consequence. .

2. To collaborate with the improvement of the prosecution and administration of justice specializing in the rights of children and adolescents, through active participation in discussion forums related to the subject.

3. Contribute through positive actions and timely professional intervention with the proper functioning of institutions, programs and services aimed at promoting restorative justice and friendly composition in favor of children and adolescents.

4. Provide the adaptation of National or State Legislation and Jurisprudence to the text and spirit of the United Nations Convention on Human Rights, restorative justice programs and friendly composition and other related international documents.

5. To collaborate to achieve an active participation of the organizations in the consolidation of the rights of Girls, Boys and Adolescents, and especially to the development and strengthening of the Institutions destined to favor the establishment of restorative and friendly composition programs.

6. Serve as a common link for operators, agents, public bodies and civil society organizations dedicated to addressing the rights and needs of girls, boys and adolescents in conflict, to facilitate, directly or indirectly, their professional training in restorative justice and friendly composition methods.

7. Provide the National Society with scientific, conceptual and procedural instruments that contribute to improving the legal and social condition of children and adolescents in our Country.

8. To assist so that the Procurement and Administration of justice, both specialized in the rights of adolescence, is carried out through restorative programs and friendly composition.

9. Organize scientific-technical activities aimed at the dissemination, study, analysis and deepening of restorative processes and friendly composition that are adapted to the requirements of the Comprehensive Protection of the Rights of Girls, Boys and Adolescents, in conflicts of any kind.

10. Strengthen professional ties by entering into agreements with university academic units or public and private institutions, national or international, with a view to mutual exchange and collaboration on issues related to the dissemination of the culture of peace and forgiveness through restorative processes and friendly composition in favor of girls, boys and adolescents.

11. Provide Girls, Boys and Adolescents, who have experienced violence, the opportunity to know a better life.

12. We carry out awareness activities so that society understands that children and adolescents who commit crimes have not known other paths and that they deserve to find light.
